Holcom's Beirut headquarters covers 35,000 m² on a quadrangular plan with one oblique side following the terrain: seven above-ground floors, two main blocks linked by a central structure, planted terraces, internal courts and executive penthouses at the top. Grandi Design managed the office fit-out, delivering partition and interior integration solutions in a complex, prestigious international context — confirming our ability to work globally and adapt contract design to different cultures.
